Troubleshooting - Demo and Production Trader Terminals The Aaron foreign exchange trading client terminal requires a browser (Explorer 4.x and Netscape 4.x or later) and Sun's Java 1.4 Plug-in installed. Each time you login, the latest code necessary to run our java-based trading software is automatically downloaded, compiled and executed on your computer. Under normal situations this process should be hands free once you have enter your "user name" and "password" and clicked "Enter". If for some reason your fx trading system fails to start, or it fails to perform as described in the User Manual, it might be due to: Sun Java Plug-in 1.4. Sun's Java Plug-in 1.4 Plugin not available or installed properly. Java disabled in your browser's preferences. An outdated or beta version of Internet Explorer or Netscape browser.
Incorrectly or partially loaded page remains in your browser's cache Low connection speed Hard Drive fragmented, corrupted, or low on space. Not enough memory (RAM) Your Java Plug-in 1.4 conflicts with DirectX, resulting in the mouse slippage. |
